CANCELLATION POLICY
At Madsesthetics, your time is valued—and so is mine. Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. You have a 15 minute grace period to show up to your scheduled appointment. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will no longer be allowed to book future appointments. Thank you for respecting my time and small business policies.
